The steel frame of One World Trade Center is expected to surpass the Empire State Building in height on Monday, weather permitting, making it the tallest building in Manhattan, officials tell The Asbury Park Press.

This video shows time-lapse footage of the building’s construction over the last few years, released by webcam network operator EarthCam.
