legitimately, confirmed diagnosed and medicated (most of the time.) most of the time I can manage and even use it to my advantage. but some other days it’s bad. today is one of those days. it’s not manifesting physically but when I hear multiple people talking at once I almost immediately get overwhelmed and anxious. Class is going to be a blast tonight.
