I went with a friend of mine to see Star Trek: The IMAX Experience at the AMC Theatre in Burbank today. I drove out of my way to see the film on the large IMAX screen and paid an extra $5 for the ticket, which felt worth it at the time. HOWEVER, we get in the theatre and its just a slightly bigger than normal screen and NOT the usual standard huge 72 ft IMAX screen. I was very upset...

I just won two tickets to a food and beer tasting at the Sam Adams Brewery.

So we end up leaving Boston around 6 30 PM for our trip to acadia. We finnslly make it to the camp round 230. First things first our flashlight needs a screwdriver for the batteries. So Kara calls kill to find out where our tent is. She dissapears into the darkness while I stand guard at thhe car. We get to the tent and find out it comfortably holds 3 people and we number 4. After 20 minutes...
Maine here I come!
Spending the weekend in Acadia NAtional park in Maine. I am so excited to flee the city for a few days and enjoy nature.

hah! I went to see this play Saturday. It’s pretty intense and something I would have expected more from the college crowd, but all the actors were pretty good. Except for the two jocks who thought acting = shouting.
As always, Amanda Palmer was amazing. She was present throughout the show, but it wasn’t her show. She didn’t sing until the very end and...

According to Yelp and google there’s like ONE gym in all of Jamaica Plain and it kind of sucks. blerg! I guess I was spoiled in an area where there’s at least four within a twenty minute walk. wtf JP, I thought you were a cool place to live.
Sucky, we could always go to a gym near the train in a differant part of the city?
